What is sleep counseling for babies and toddlers?

Sleep counseling begins when you as parents  have the feeling that you want to engage in a professional exchange on the subject of your baby's or toddler's sleep. In the sleep counseling we will look at your everyday life, your nights and your activities together in order to create a sleeping situation for your family that lets you master the day happily .

The sleep counseling offered here is particularly about the individual and holistic view of the entire everyday family life, the nights as well as the feelings and needs_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf5cf Family members. The aim is to gain an understanding of the sleeping needs of all family members  and  to create a sleeping environment and sleeping situation together with which everyone is satisfied.

Do these questions sound familiar to you? What are the issues that concern you as parents? Feel free to send me your topics and questions by mail and we'll see together what kind of advice is suitable for you  and may suit you as a family.

My Consulations will not be about encouraging the child to fall asleep and stay asleep on its own within a certain period of time, because that would be against nature and not in any way for me kindrechte. I dissociate myself from any sleep training, methods or other possibilities to induce children to fall asleep and/or sleep through the night against their will or against their natural development.

It's much more about finding ways to adjust your sleep situation so that all family members can sleep safe, satisfied and secure with this way.

You can meet your individual sleeping needs in order to start the day well rested and relaxed.

The consultations can take place flexibly at your home, by phone or video call, whichever is best for you. Just write to me and we will find the most comfortable solution for you.
