PROCESS AND COSTS

Coaching Options:

1. Short Coaching (45 Minutes):

   • Procedure: 

     • Initial consultation and analysis (approx. 20 minutes)

     • Consultation (about 45 minutes) 

     • Cost: 45€

2. Coaching (90 Minutes):

   • Procedure: 

     • Initial consultation and analysis (approx. 20 minutes)

     • Consultation (about 90 minutes) 

     • Cost: 90€

3. Package 1:​

   • Process:

     • First meeting and analysis : In a first meeting, we first get to know each other, exchange our wishes and goals and create a “timetable” for the forthcoming consultation together. For this I will send you various questionnaires and protocols, which I will analyze extensively in preparation for the consultation (approx. 15 minutes)​

     • Consultation : In the following consultation  we will evaluate your completed questionnaires and protocols together and analyze and try out suitable ways for you as a family (approx. 90 minutes). A short written summary of our conversation is included.​

     • Reflection talk: After about 4 weeks we will have a debriefing. Here we will evaluate and analyze the implementation ,  reflect on the achievement of your goals and clarify open questions. Here we discuss whether further consultation appointments are necessary (approx. 30 minutes)​​

     • Cost: 120€

4. Package 2:​

   • Process:

     • Intermediate meeting after about a week to clarify all questions.​

     • Reflection talk: After about 4 weeks we will have a debriefing. Here we will evaluate and analyze the implementation ,  reflect on the achievement of your goals and clarify open questions. Here we discuss whether further consultation appointments are necessary (approx. 30 minutes)​​

     • Cost: 145€​

5. Package 3:​

   • Process:

     • First meeting and analysis : In a first meeting, we first get to know each other, exchange our wishes and goals and create a “timetable” for the forthcoming consultation together. For this I will send you various questionnaires and protocols, which I analyze extensively in preparation for the consultation (approx. 30 minutes)​

     • Consultation : In the following consultation  we will evaluate your completed questionnaires and protocols together and analyze and try out suitable paths for you as a family. For this we will design a step-by-step plan together, which I will work out and send to you (approx. 90-120 minutes)

     • ​After a week we get in touch again to deepen your approach, adjust the step-by-step plan if necessary and clarify open questions 

     • 1:1 Support : During the entire process (approx. 4 weeks) I am at your side, accompany you at all times and I am always approachable/available. I will also send you (if desired) constant suggestions and other ideas 

     • Reflection talk: After about 4 weeks we hold a debriefing. Here we will evaluate and analyze the implementation of the step-by-step plan, reflect on the achievement of your goals and clarify open questions. Here we discuss whether further consultation appointments are necessary (approx. 30-45 minutes)​

     • Cost: 195€
